The Endeavour Award specifies the following:
You must demonstrate English language proficiency by either:
- Demonstrating that you have undertaken one of the following English language tests and obtained the minimum English language requirements set out below:
Endeavour Research Fellowships and Postgraduate awards:
An IELTS – overall score of 6.5 with no individual band less than 6.0.
Vocational Education & Training Awards
An IELTS – overall score of 5.0. English language training will be provided to applicants who have an overall score of 5.0 or above but below 6.
Executive Awards
An IELTS – overall score of 6.5 with no individual band less than 6.0.
- Or that you have completed university study conducted in English in one of the following countries:
American Samoa, Australia, Canada, Fiji, Ireland, Kenya, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Singapore, Solomon Islands, South Africa, United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), United States of America or Zambia.
Or - for POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH APPLICANTS ONLY
- That you can provide written confirmation from the host organisation/institution that your English language ability is suitable for the proposed research program.
The IELTS English Language Test is provided by authorised agencies.
Contact the MASP office to obtain information on authorised agencies to carry out this test for you in Mongolia.
No formal training program or assistance is provided for Endeavour Scholarships other than that specified for Vocational Education & Training Awards.
