Application for ALA Scholarships can be downloaded from www.australianscholarships.gov.au or https://oasis.ausaid.gov.au or by mail from the Beijing Australian High Commission/Embassy
ALAS particularly target those whose chosen field of study equips them to play a significant
role in addressing, researching or combating regional priority issues, such as security,
international trade, pandemics and climate change.
The universities that can accept ALA students for studies commencing in 2010 can be found at the Australian Course and Education Institution Search or Study in Australia.
To be eligible to apply for an ALA Scholarship, applicants must submit with their application to AusAID a letter from an Australian Higher Education Institution confirming an unconditional offer of admission to a full-time Masters or doctoral course at an Australian campus, commencing in 2010.

The Australian Leadership Awards Scholarships Handbook is the main reference document for AusAID, institutions and ALA Scholarship students.
You will also need Referees Reports and an AusAID Covering Letter to the Institution
Introduction to institution
Make sure you study the university admission requirements carefully. Some universities may require additional information besides that with your application. Please supply the required information requested by the university to facilitate the placement process.
